3611 The original post of this photo was a favorite of its time.

I hadn't much experience with my editing program and felt it needed more color (beyond the color of the original exposure). To brighten, and color to dark sky (at the time), I used color filters. For this version, I've simply bumped the exposure (auto exposure), which has added brightness, as well as blue. I think it's important to note here, that the actual sky of that night was dark; almost blue/black.

There is little appeal for a dark photo image, so I've made a judgment call in brightening these photos. I am strongly compelled to keep my images "true to life", while in the same token; I understand what is appealing to the eye.

What ever it takes to get you to share the night-lit harbors with me... I will do. ;)
